Project Coordinator

Aligned Media is a full-service video production studio located in Midtown, St. Louis. We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator, and we offer some pretty cool perks!

What’s it like working at Aligned? Our primary goal is to create inspired work with nice people in a fun environment. Our Project Coordinator will contribute to all aspects of our workflow and operations including:

Project Coordination
• Manage company production and post-production schedule and media archive
• Support internal team (editors, producers, production crew, etc.) during all phases of production
• Manage client expectations related to timing of asset acquisition and deliverables
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis relating to ongoing projects
• Oversee projects from beginning to end to ensure timely delivery of final product
• Manage casting process (when required by client) and oversee all talent payments
• Attend productions both local and out of state. (Travel will be very infrequent)
Financial
• Oversee certain aspects of financial management including generating estimates, securing funding for projects, and ensuring projects stay on budget
• Reconcile projects upon job completion
• Work with appropriate parties for invoicing and billing
• Report employee payroll hours and track PTO
Marketing/Admin
• Assist with company marketing including social media, presentations, etc.
• Answer phones and doors when Office Manager is not available. (These tasks should only consume about 30 minutes of time each week)
• Perform additional duties pertaining to company operations as requested

When we are not working, we genuinely like hanging out. Admittedly, we are a bit competitive with ping pong, classic arcade games, and our annual Holiday party competition. We’ve also taken a few memorable company trips together (to some pretty cool places).

We’ve been able to achieve some great things since we formed in 2015, but our ambition is even greater. We see this as just the beginning of where we’re headed, and we think you’ll love the journey as much as we do.
