Responsibilities
Manage the development of a strategic, multi-prong marketing plan to support company-wide initiatives
Lead the execution of agreed-upon marketing plans and campaigns from concept to final analysis
Lead the adoption of a Salesforce CRM platform and manage this resource going forward
Conduct regular meetings with company leadership to report status on all marketing-related activities and how they perform in relation to overall company goals
Establish a sustainable and strategic approach to PR
Regularly create content to grow the company’s footprint
Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and provide efficiencies
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels
Set and monitor marketing strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships by boosting our marketing presence and customer engagement
Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
Assist with internal communications – experience using a company-wide intranet
Qualifications
Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a corporate marketing position within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience and knowledge of banking services preferred but not required
Solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems (CRM) and KPI metrics
Strong background in senior marketing and campaign-driven roles
Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
Proficiency using customer relationship and content management systems
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
Able to work independently and as an integral part of a team
Must demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
Willingness to learn how financial services/markets work and contribute to the company’s financial growth and profitability

Parkside is searching for a highly skilled Director of Communications and Marketing to drive the creation of promotional strategies and deliver effective marketing solutions that will ultimately help us build our brand. This individual is responsible for understanding our audience, raising brand awareness, harnessing technology, owning our CRM, as well as aiding in internal communications and planning events. A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising required with 5-10 years of experience preferred.
