Paradowski is looking for an intelligent and knowledgeable content strategist to join our growing Strategy discipline. Our content strategists are responsible for planning and developing strategic optimization plans for our clients to help their online content succeed and drive organic traffic to their sites. A solid background in SEO is a huge plus.

Content strategists work closely with brand strategists to achieve client business goals by maximizing the commercial impact of content. They take ownership for creating and implementing processes and strategies that enable our clients to get the most out of their digital content. Chiefly, their efforts will focus on web and social channel strategies. And while their gut instinct can take them so far, they know very well the power of data and harness it with every critical choice they make.

These folks are collaborative. Like, really collaborative, and work closely with community managers, brand strategists, account, creative, media and analytics teams.

Create digital strategies to support high-level brand strategies in direct response to client business goals, and collaborate with the creative and account teams to develop innovative campaigns.
Provide clients and internal teams with strategic guidance across web and social content.
Establish fundamental building blocks of strategy, including the target audience, platform approach, and setting KPIs across paid, owned, and earned content.
Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to drive more qualified traffic through a coordinated search strategy.
Stay current with search engine trends to develop and improve SEO practices within the agency.
Stay current on strategic approaches and the client’s industry.
Stay current on social media tools, platforms, and industry trends.

Proven track record of successful content strategies that align with overall business goals and ability to communicate experiences with others.
Professional familiarity with social media platforms such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tik Tok
2+ years’ experience developing editorial calendars and managing social media campaigns
2+ years’ experience creating reports on strategy executions
2+ years’ experience in SEO with a focus on strategic content optimization. International SEO experience is a huge plus.
Strong ability to draw action-oriented insights from myriad data sources
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Someone who can hold their ground when giving recommendations but also has the humility to understand the bigger picture. Someone who knows which hills are worth dying on, essentially, and who can see the forest from the trees.
Operates according to deadlines while executing multiple projects
Demonstrated ability to manage client and internal relationships
Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Routinely takes initiative to improve process/workflow/methodologies
Technical understanding and ability to pick up new tools quickly

Proven experience analyzing and implementing social media tools such as Oktopost, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinkler etc.
Demonstrated experience in community management, monitoring and responding to followers with smart, insightful copy
Experience with B2B social media (organic and paid)
Experience with executing site audits to improve crawlability, indexation, and ultimately visibility of web content
