Digital/Brand Marketing/Corporate Sales Admin Coordinator
Switch has an open, entry-level position on the Admin team supporting Digital, Brand Marketing and New Business Development departments. The ideal candidate is one who enjoys the challenge of constant change and a variety of support responsibilities; someone great at communicating; familiar with social media channels; an enthusiastic contributor of ideas and suggestions; proficient multi-tasker; and knowledgeable researcher. No two days are alike!

Seeking Qualified Candidates that possess:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
• Intuitive on the needs of department members at any level
• Excellent organizational skills – attention to details a must
• Easily adapts to working with company technology, i.e. Apple, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Twitter, Facebook and Switch website
• Takes initiative and shows leadership, follows up and follows through
• Ability to perform responsibilities with little direction, yet asks questions and for assistance when needed
• Creatively problem solves; is resourceful
• Comfortable multi-tasking and being flexible to support daily work flow to meet deadlines
• Experience working with clients’ needs and demands providing solutions and support
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; proficiency in Keynote a plus
• Working knowledge of Great Plains, Accounting or Financial Management a plus
• Must be able to work as a team member both in reporting and operational structure
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred
• Experience working in an administrative setting highly recommended
• Experience in digital, brand marketing and corporate sales considered a plus
