Geile/Leon Marketing Communications Moves to The Hill
St. Louis (November 1, 2016) – Long-time Clayton-based firm Geile/Leon (G/L) Marketing Communications is sending “Saluti” from their new home on “The Hill,” St. Louis’ historic and vibrant neighborhood.
According to agency principals Dave Geile and Tim Leon, Geile/Leon’s new offices at 5257 Shaw Ave., provide the ideal creative space and community for their recent expansion.
Geile explains that The Hill, the colorful Italian-American neighborhood that features some of the area’s best restaurants, markets, shopping and sight-seeing, has the right combination of benefits for their business, employees and clients.
“We’ve spent 25 years of our 27-year history in Clayton,” said Geile, who is CEO and Creative Director. “This year we began looking for a larger, more open office space, in a less corporate environment, with more attractive leasing and parking rates. We were delighted to expand into offices that offer great value and accessibility on The Hill, a neighborhood that is full of energy and vitality.”
G/L’s offices are on the first floor of the former Fair Mercantile building, a furniture showroom that opened in 1915 and operated for 80 years through three generations.
“We have experienced substantial growth this year, and were looking for functional, creative and collaborative office space that reflects our culture,” said Leon, who is President of Geile/Leon. “We are a branding firm and I can’t think of a more uniquely branded neighborhood than The Hill.”
G/L’s billings for 2016 are expected to increase by 18% over 2015, due to increased work with clients such as Union Pacific Railroad, and new clients such as Fantastic Sam’s and LCN.
